If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using our website and services immediately.
2. Nature of Directory Service
Live Music Venues is an informational directory and indexing platform designed to celebrate and document live music concert halls, jazz clubs, amphitheaters, and performance rooms across the United States.
- No Ticket Sales or Brokerage: We do not sell concert tickets, process box office transactions, or act as an artist booking agent. All links, phone numbers, and booking emails connect directly to the venue's official management or third-party ticketing vendors.
- Independent Platform: Venues listed on our platform do not imply formal endorsement, sponsorship, or corporate affiliation unless expressly stated.
3. User Submissions & Venue Listings
Users, musicians, and venue proprietors may submit venue profiles, acoustic updates, and community reviews. By submitting content to our platform:
- You warrant that all information submitted is factual, accurate, and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
- You grant Live Music Venues a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, index, format, and publish the submitted details in connection with our directory.
- We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing or review that violates our community standards, contains spam, promotes hate speech, or includes misleading contact information.
4. Accuracy of Information & Disclaimer
While our editorial team endeavors to keep all venue details, contact info, hours, and addresses up-to-date, live music venues frequently change operating schedules, booking policies, and ticket requirements.
DISCLAIMER: All directory listings, descriptions, and specifications are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Visitors and touring artists are encouraged to confirm show dates, age policies, and tech specs directly with the venue before traveling.
5. Third-Party Websites & External Links
Our venue profiles contain links to third-party websites, including official venue homepages, social media channels, map navigators, and external ticket providers. We have no control over the content, terms, or privacy policies of third-party websites and assume no liability for their practices or transaction disputes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Live Music Venues brand, custom logo, website design system, compilation database, and code are the proprietary intellectual property of Live Music Venues. Venue business names, band logos, and trademarks referenced on the site remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Live Music Venues, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access the directory.
8. Governing Law & Updates
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
